Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of our team and our patients is paramount. Therefore, we have decided that anyone who is experiencing cold & flu symptoms (including sore throat, cough, runny nose, tiredness or shortness of breath – with or without fever) should not come to the centre, but will be initially assessed by phone.

If you are an existing patient of the practice, a Telephone/telehealth consult can be organised by phoning us on 0290613440 or by visiting HotDoc, selecting the Telehealth appointment type and following the prompts.

Bulk Billing of this consultation will be available to those patients who meet the government eligibility. If not eligible we will be able to advise you if any costs

Eligibility for testing for coronavirus is very limited and we are not able to do this testing at the centre.

We appreciate that this is a challenging time for us all – but we will not tolerate any form of abusive behaviour towards any member of our team or other patients.
